Release Note Details
An enhancement has been made to allow up to 8 lines of delivery instruction text to be displayed on purchase orders. This functionality is disabled by default, and if enabled must be done so in conjunction with a custom order format supporting the display of extra text.
The Delivery Instruction Maintenance screen has been modified to cater for up to 65 characters x 8 lines of text per Delivery Code. The text entry field supports horizontal and vertical scrolling.
If this feature has not been enabled, a warning is displayed if more text has been entered than can be displayed on a standard purchase order (30 characters x 4 lines of text).
To activate this feature, an order format supporting the display of extra text is required. Please contact Pulse support for enquiries regarding custom order formats.
In addition, the feature is activated via system option DP310:
This test shows that functionality allowing up to 8 lines of delivery text on an order works as expected.
