The serialised naming conventions for these releases are:

Release Notes

Release Notes are provided for each major release and service pack. They contain details of all enhancements, corrections and client specific changes since the previous release notes were issued.

Note:    It is essential that you review the Release Notes for all subsequent releases after your previous version.

Example:  If your previous version was 10.08 and you have just upgraded to 2012.00, it is essential that you review the Release Notes for 2011.00 (the Annual Release), the Release Notes for 2011.01 (2011 Service Pack) and the Release Notes for 2012.00 (the Annual Release).

This will ensure you are up to date and aware of all changes and enhancements since your previous version.

These Release Notes may include changes relating to Hotfixes already deployed to your current Live system since your last upgrade.

In order to obtain these Release Notes please review the information and follow the guide below to accessing the release notes.

This will ensure you are aware and up to date on all enhancements, corrections and changes since the previous release in order to ensure you are using Pulse to its full potential and capabilities.

This will open a location box where you can select "Save Link As" and choose the desired location.

Once downloaded, the pdf document will display on the bottom left of your screen.  You can click on this box to open the document or select it through Windows Explorer.

Once open, there is a bookmark function which can be used as an interactive table of contents between relevant sections as required.
