The Pulse Release Process consists of an Annual Release, regular Service Packs, and Hotfixes as required by each client.
The serialised naming conventions for these releases are:
|Annual Release||YEAR.00||e.g. 2012.00|
|Service Pack||YEAR.XX||e.g. 2012.01||(Where XX is the service pack number for the year)|
|Hotfix||YEAR.XX.ZZ||e.g. 2012.01.05||(Where XX is the service pack, ZZ is the hotfix number)|
Release Notes are provided for each major release and service pack. They contain details of all enhancements, corrections and client specific changes since the previous release notes were issued. To see the full details of the changes applicable to your system you will need to read the 2012 Release Notes in conjunction with the release notes related to any service packs that have been released since your system was last updated.
These Release Notes may include changes relating to Hotfixes already deployed to your current Live system since the 2012.00 Release.
In order to obtain these Release Notes please review the information and follow the guide below to the Pulse Mining website.
Upon confirmation of intended upgrade you will be sent a username and password, which will provide you with access to all the current Release Notes and all previous Release Notes. This will ensure you are aware and up to date on all enhancements, corrections and changes since the previous release in order to ensure you are using Pulse to its full potential and capabilities.
